In 2018, Market Innovation International Limited won 01 Grand Prix Award under the Activation & Promotion Category on our Activation Project “LAABHER BAZAAR” of our client Unilever Bangladesh Limited.
Laabher Bazaar was a wet market activation which key objective was to bring back Wet Market Grocers (WMG) channel into a desired growth stride through building shoppers’ and retailers’ preferences for UBL products over competition by selling more lines. Further, the campaign was set out with the aim of achieving double the national growth in Wet Market Grocers channel. Laabher Bazaar is approximately 2.2 times bigger than the largest activation of Unilever. It touched 0.8m shoppers directly at 880 clusters and 36,000+ WMG outlets in 52 districts.
